She was our day-of coordinator this past April, and it’s not an exaggeration to say that our wedding could not have happened without her guidance. From the very beginning, Pearl truly "got" us; she understood the vibe we wanted to create and ensured every detail—from her hand-picked vendor recommendations to the perfect placement of our signage—reflected that vision perfectly. Pearl managed our timeline with such grace that we always felt prepared but never overwhelmed. She is also a true expert at navigating the unexpected. First of all, Pearl's pricing is super affordable. I hired her as a month-of planner but she was able to assist us in the planning process months out from our wedding at no additional cost. She and her team are extremely attentive and easy to reach at any time leading up to the wedding. She is also super accommodating and was able to go head-to-head with one of my vendors who was giving me a hard time (much appreciated). Pearl is honest, kind, and innovative. Hiring Pearl as our wedding planner is the BEST decision ever. This past year has been hectic for my husband and me between medical school, residency, welcoming our baby and planning for the wedding. Thanks to Pearl, our wedding turns out to be PERFECT. Throughout this process I feel I not only have a reliable and competent planner, but a trustworthy and kind friend.
Pearl is kind and patient. She understands the demands of our lives and accommodates us as much as possible. She meets with us after work hours. She always answers our questions over text or email within hours. On top of everything, after the wedding is over, she happened to be on the same flight with my mom to Korea, and she was helping her out throughout the flight.
She is also extremely professional and reliable. She created an amazing timeline for our day and communicated tirelessly with our vendors and venues. Our day ran so smooth and we ended up 15 mins ahead of schedule! We also loved the vendors she recommended to us, including the DJ, the make-up artists, the florist and the videographer.
I could not be happier with Pearl. I highly recommend her to any bride-to-be, especially those with demanding life and career lives. She will make this process x1000 more fun and smoother for you.

Hiring Pearl for our wedding was hands down the best decision we made. She truly went above and beyond our expectations. She checked in on us regularly, was always easily accessible, and extremely detailed oriented. She was always happy to share tips/recommendations whenever we had questions. She took notes of all the details during our walkthrough to ensure that the wedding day would be perfect. On the actual wedding day, she did everything she could to make sure that we could enjoy the moment and not worry about anything. She made sure the photographer was getting all of the photo shots we requested, set up our personal decor exactly the way we wanted it, walked us through a rehearsal for the ceremony, etc. She helped us stay on schedule but was also able to quickly respond when an unanticipated situation happened. I received multiple compliments from family and friends throughout the night that our planner was amazing. She truly made our wedding day so seamless and perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better planner.

Hiring Pearl as our day-of coordinator was the best decision we ever made. She went above and beyond to make sure that we had our wedding day timeline in order, connected us with any vendors we were interested in, and most importantly, made sure that we were stress free. Pearl is also very organized and answered all of our emails/texts promptly if we ever had any questions.
On the day of our wedding, Pearl did a fantastic job by always checking in on us, making sure we got the photo shots that were planned, and helping us stay on schedule. Also, I appreciated so much that she took photos on her phone to get some behind the scene shots. I'm so thankful that I got to shared some amazing photos from our wedding the next day while we wait for the photographer to get back our sneak peeks. She is so detail-oriented and honestly, if we didn't have her here on our wedding day, I can imagine it would have been so hectic and disorganized. I cannot thank her enough, she is so sweet and kind. All of our family and guests had such great things to say about Pearl on the day of our wedding. We highly recommend her and she is honestly the most perfect planner you could ask for!

Pearl is certainly a once in a lifetime kind of wedding planner. People/wedding vendors like her don’t come around often, and when they do you MUST snatch them up!
